WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A TEAM DANCER AT SAADANCE |
| A.
It is not fun for me. |
| |
1.
Team is for the dancers, not for Miss Shannon. If you feel
that it will not be fun, then maybe you should re-think your
decision to be on the team. |
| B.
Being a team player. |
| |
1.
Being a team player is very important. If there are disagreements
within the team, it brings the whole team down. All disagreements
should be settled within the whole team, not to be taken up
without Shannon. |
| C.
Respect those who you are dancing with, as well as your studio. |
| |
1.
All are to be respected; team dancers, classmates not on the
team, teachers and staff. |
| |
|
a.
Things said always seem to get back to Shannon, as well as
others, the telephone effect takes place. Which, in the end,
what is said is much worse than when it started. |
| |
|
b.
If you have a problem or concern, it is better to bring it
to Shannon's attention so that she can help resolve the issue. |
| |
|
|
1.
If you hear something said which you feel is disrespectful,
please let Shannon know ASAP. |
| |
| II.
