Subject: Fund Raising With Flowers

Hello Parents,

The Flower packets have arrived . We will have two weeks to sell. The start date is Monday March 30th. through Saturday April 11th. Each flower company has their own order form and envelope. When colleting the money the checks are to be made out to SAADance , not the company . If every one could try and sell enough to have a profit of $25 we will reach our goal of $ 1,500. Although any amount would be helpful.

Tell your buyers that the flower are delivered directly to them and there is a only a $3 shipping fee for there complete order. The flowers will be shipped out late April to early May.

When returning the packets, please keep the order form separate and return them to Shannon in each company’s individual envelope. This way I will be able to keep track of each company’s orders, as each one has its own invoice number.
